Terms of service

Orders: 

Unless an item is noted “quick ship” all others are custom made to order. Depending on the amount of orders coming in, wait times could be 1-2 weeks until an item to ships. Once the item is made it usually ships within two days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. This ensures all customers are treated fairly. 

Shipping:

Customers in USA: We ship most orders USPS Priority with tracking and insurance. Depending on the order UPS and FedEx are also used. Once an order ships you will be emailed a tracking number. 

Customers not in the USA: We do ship worldwide but due to complexity of international shipping, please contact us directly for shipping quotes prior to ordering. 

Payment:

We accept PayPal or credit card. Simply select your preference at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All sales are final. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage we will offer a complete refund or exchange, upon return and inspection of the item.

Additional Information: 

Since wood is a living thing every piece is different. Some variation in grain or color will occur from product to product. After all this is what’s beautiful about handcrafted custom pieces. 

If a species of wood is not available one of similar type can be discussed. Wood availability varies based on season and demand. We work with local family owned sawmills because we believe in supporting small business. Some woods can take 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
